How fast will my software be shipped?

All software requiring shipment is sent within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

How will I know if you have received my order?

All orders placed with Exam-Prep.biz will receive an e-mail confirmation of shipment when we create your shipping label. Make certain that your e-Mail address you provide is correct.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

Yes, we guaranty all of our software to be free of defects or we will replace our software for free.

Do you offer upgrades on your software?

Yes, occasionally we will offer free upgrades to a newer version. Please contact us to find out if there is a newer version available.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order please contact us immediately and we will send you another copy. .

What do I do if I have any problems?

If you encounter any problems, all of our software contains a readme.rtf file which contains solutions for most commonly asked questions. If you need further assistance please e-mail us. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
